Happy Pie Weekend!
Thanks for all of your enthusiasm and support and telling your friends about my pies, it's so appreciated! Anyway, the pies for this weekend are Date Pie, Pear Blueberry Crumble, Chocolate Covered Cherry and ---this is another experiment, the first one being totally ill fated---Butterscotch Banana Cream Pie. I think I fixed the recipe and it should be sweet and salty and awesome....But I will correct this post if it didn't work out (again!!). I also have Spicy Pumpkin with Ginger Cookie Crust. You guys, I must warn you, this is a really unattractive pie, but don't let that stop you, it's so freakin good it will become one of your favorites.
