So sorry you guys, but PG&E is turning off gas to my block at the end of the week to do mysterious construction that's been going on for like, the past two months. Therefore I can't use my oven to make pies! Anyway, when I checked the weather report it said scattered showers and thunder storms were predicted for Friday so I guess pie is just not meant to be this weekend.
I'll be out next weekend though with Key Lime, Blueberry Crumble, Apple Cranberry and something chocolatey.
