NEW PIE ALERT!!!

Hey you guys!
I worked on this pie at my Dad's house over Christmas and I really like it!  I wanted to have another Lemon option because it's becoming obvious to me that everyone loves a lemon pie.  This is a Sourcream Lemon with a Poppy Seed Crust.   It's kind of old timey and it's extra tart because of the sourcream but  really creamy  and lucious.  The other cool thing about it is I think the poppy seeds keep the crust from getting soggy on the bottom because  it was in the fridge for like 36 hours and when I cut into it the bottom part of the crust was still amazingly crisp.  Enjoy the photo for now and I'll have it the next time I'm out on the tenth.
