Sorry for the sad news but I won't be out selling pies in December because I have burned a hole through the bottom sheet of metal in my oven and also I won't have a sink or counter top in my kitchen. I thought I could sneak the construction in while I was away at Christmas, but I'm realizing now I underestimated the project. I will be back on January 10th....The good news is I will be experimenting with ice cream recipes with my new icecream maker while I'm down at my dad's house. I'll take some photos and blog of results. Wouldn't it be cool to have a home made seasonal ice cream at the Pie Fridays brick and mortar?
