Pie Cart Friday and Saturday!!

Britt and I will be out at 21st and Valencia from 6pm until the pies sell out on Friday and Saturday. If, for some reason ,we have to move we will be at 19th and Valencia. The pies this weekend will be Tangelo Blueberry Crumble (pictured), Orange Custard with Dark Chocolate Cookie Crust and Apple Strawberry. See you there!

Pie Cart too successful!

With much hand wringing Britt and I went out on Saturday night to sell our pies, not sure if people would laugh and point, ignore us or just start buying pie. Amazingly, they just started buying pie right away! I had made five pies and four and a half made it to the cart (Britt had to do quality control). Those 4 1/2 pies went by 7:45.

We will be selling pies Friday and Saturday next weekend. My deepest apologies to anyone that stopped by and found the corner pie-less. I'm going to triple my pie amount next week. Britt's famous last words on Saturday morning "maybe you should make just a couple more pies" to which I snapped back "Whatever, this will be plenty." Oops!

PS judging by the photo, our dog Dee Dee really wasn't that excited about any of it.

Pie Fridays is Back!

My passion for pies is back! I've missed it and have found a way to do Pie Fridays with out the stress and hassle of the Rite Spot. Via Pie Cart! I was planning on selling pies this weekend but it's going to be a rainy one. So, weather permiting, the first Pie Friday Pie Cart will be on Saturday, (haha not Friday 'cause I have to work) March 26th. My pie loving husband Britt, our dog Dee Dee and I will be camped out on the corner of 21st and Valencia.
