NEW PIE ALERT!!!

I've got another new one for you, it's in the cheesecake pie family. I really like it and I think Britt's a fan too because he's eaten 3/4's of it already.  It's a LEMON CHEESECAKE PIE WITH A GINGER COOKIE CRUST.
I made it really quite lemony but then the spicy ginger of the crust comes in after to burn the tartness off your tongue.  You can try it for yourself this weekend!
