I think Mother Nature is a huge pie lover. It hasn't rained once during a Pie Friday/Saturday all winter and this weekend is no exception. So there will be pie at 19th and Valencia at 5pm on Friday and Saturday! I'm having the first summer berry pie of the season because strawberries have been tasting pretty nice. So I'll be having Strawberry Blueberry Pie, Lemon Cheesecake with a Ginger Cookie Crust, Dark Chocolate Maple Pecan and Coconut Banana Cream.
