First things first, thanks for waiting in line last Friday after I wrongly told you how short it would be because of the holiday. I'm making a bunch of pies for Friday so I shouldn't be too panicky this time.
I will be on 19th and Linda (between Valencia and Guerrero) at about 4:30 and I'll be having the above pies. Strawberry Raspberry Chocolate Cocoa Crumble, Caramel Pecan, Lemon Cheesecake with a Ginger Cookie Crust and Coconut Banana Cream.
As some people know I don't really eat sweets anymore but that Lemon Cheesecake is one I actually can't resist. It's creamy then lemony and then the spicy ginger crust kicks in at the end and burns out the lemon. I really like it.
